Local Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program to transition to The State Long-Term Care Ombudsman

With Buckeye Hills’ voluntary withdrawn designation as the sponsoring agency of the regional long-term care ombudsman serving the region (Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Noble, Perry & Washington Counties), as of Feb. 28, 2018, the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program will transition coordination to The State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program.

Beginning Feb. 20, 2018, Long-term Care providers and consumers for Ombudsman services will now contact The State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program at 1-800-282-1206 or at OhioOmbudsman@age.ohio.gov.
