  • How the ADA affects your community
  • Potential implications of non-compliance
  • Practical, affordable steps to become compliant
WHY GET TRAINING ON ADA TRANSITION PLANS?
Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 requires all “public entities” to provide equal access to all facilities and programs to all persons, including those with disabilities. Severa l states, including Ohio, are requiring transition plans compliance.
