The Ohio Association of Regional Councils (OARC) comprises 24 agencies that serve more than 1,500 municipalities, villages, townships and counties from across the state. Regional councils coordinate and work to streamline statewide services at the federal level. Ohio’s regional councils create solutions and serve as a regional forum for shared challenges.
