SUMMARY:Mental Health First Aid Training in Middleport
DESCRIPTION:Buckeye Hills Regional Council is offering free Mental Health First Aid training across Southeast Ohio in September and October 2024. Buckeye Hills Regional Council is offering free Mental Health First Aid training across Southeast Ohio in September and October 2024. Mental Health First Aid training teaches you how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The training helps you identify\, understand\, and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses. \n By becoming certified through this evidence-based\, early intervention training program\, you can improve the quality of life for older adults and learn how to assist and support those who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. SUMMARY:ODOT STIP Rural Consultation (virtual)
DESCRIPTION:The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is developing the 2026-2029 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The STIP is Ohio’s four-year transportation planning program. ODOT and Buckeye Hills Regional Council would like to collaborate on the transportation concerns in the region and share a draft list of programmed projects planned for some phase of implementation during the 2026-2029 STIP period. \nClick the button below to join the meeting on October 16\, 2024\, beginning at 9:30 a.m. \nJOIN THE MEETING
