Region 12 includes Coshocton\, Muskingum\, Guernsey\, Perry\, Morgan\, Noble\, Monroe\, and Washington counties. The Foundation works with local interests to support substance misuse prevention\, treatment\, and recovery efforts and invests funds to support these efforts for Ohioans into the future. This update\, titled Buckeye Hills Forward: A Regional Economic Plan\, lays out a clear path for economic development activities in the region and was developed by community members in the following counties: Athens\, Hocking\, Meigs\, Monroe\, Morgan\, Noble\, Perry\, and Washington. The strategy will explore development opportunities in manufacturing\, workforce\, housing\, outdoor recreation\, energy\, agriculture\, and small business.
