ARISE offers federal grant funding for multi-state projects that aim to drive large-scale, regional economic transformation. Pre-applications due 12/5/25. Full applications due (invitation only) 5/15/26 (ARC will only consider applications from applicants that have been invited to apply by ARC upon review of the pre-application).
