PASSPORT and Assisted Living Requirements

Ohio’s PASSPORT and Assisted Living Medicaid waiver programs help eligible Ohioans receive the long-term services and support they need to stay in their homes and communities. Older adults may receive support in many forms including homemaker, transportation, personal care services, home-delivered meals, emergency response systems, adult day services, and other types of assistance, as well as case management.
