The Buckeye Hills Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RTPO) Committee will meet on April 5 at 11:00 a.m. at the office of Buckeye Hills Regional Council in Marietta. The purpose of this meeting is to review the RTPO yearly work plan and the second round of State Transportation Block Grant projects and recommend these items for approval by the BHRC Executive Committee.
Buckeye Hills Regional Council is the designated Ohio Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RTPO) for Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Noble, Perry, and Washington counties in Southeast Ohio, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). The purpose of the RTPO is to allow local officials to have more input in transportation decisions within the region.
