People of all ages, abilities, and income levels can turn to our Advice Line for information on a full range of services and support options. We are ready to answer questions, share information about options, and connect you with the community resources and services that best meet your needs.

Our Advice Line

Do you know what benefits you’re eligible for and how to claim them? Need advice on finding a home care provider? Questions about Medicare? Buckeye Hills Regional Council’s Advice Line is a free, confidential telephone and online chat service that can help older adults, as well as their families, friends, caregivers, and professionals. Our trained Information & Assistance team will give you information that is reliable and up-to-date.

Our Advice Line is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you need to reach us outside of these hours, you may call and leave a message, or reach out through our contact form, and one of our staff will reach out to you as soon as we’re able.
