- Use will be determined on a case-by-case basis
- Factors considered for forgivability include:
- End-user identified within 5 years of funding
- End-user wages are 25% above the median community wage
- End-use operate in one of JobOhio’s 10 targeted sectors
- Funds will be disbursed on a quarterly basis based on estimate of upcoming anticipated quarterly costs
