Description

The Stranahan Foundation’s Early Childhood Education grantmaking program focuses on increasing access to high-quality early care and education for young children (birth to 5), especially those from low-income families, by investing in developing and retaining a thriving early educator workforce. Focus on proposals supporting the development, refinement, or enhancements to internal professional development and learning systems and activities; grow your own or similar teacher pipeline or retention initiatives to address staffing and retention challenges.
