Encouraging growth on Main Streets and in existing neighborhoods while promoting outdoor recreation fosters community revitalization, protects air and water quality, creates jobs, supports economic growth and diversification, and offers new opportunities for people to connect with the natural world. The planning assistance process will take place over 8 – 12 months, with a focal point being a facilitated community workshop.
