Ohio Public Works Commission Application Information Now Available

For Immediate Release

The Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP) and the Local Transportation Improvement Program (LTIP) application information and guidelines for Fiscal Year 2026 (Round 39) are now available for Athens, Belmont, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, and Washington counties.

Eligible projects include:

  • Roads/Guardrails
  • Bridge/Culverts
  • Water Supply Systems
  • Waste Water Systems
  • Solid Waste Facilities
  • Storm Water Systems

Eligible applicants include:

  • Counties
  • Cities
  • Villages
  • Townships
  • Sanitary Districts*
  • Water/Sewer Districts*

*Sanitary and Water/Sewer Districts must be a public entity, not a private company (61-19 ORC).

Applications are due to Buckeye Hills Regional Council on August 30, 2024, by 4:00 p.m.
