Heidi Maxwell serves as a Morgan County Commissioner and represents Morgan County on the Buckeye Hills Regional Council Executive Committee. She works with local, state, and regional partners to advance economic development, strengthen infrastructure, and improve the quality of life throughout southeastern Ohio. Through her leadership with both Morgan County and BHRC, Maxwell is committed to fostering regional collaboration and supporting long-term community growth.
