The Meigs County Council on Aging offers many services for older adults including Adult Day Services, Transportation, Meals on Wheels, and Congregate Lunch Program.
Forms Assistance: Our mission is to provide multi-generational services, programs, activities and resources to our community.
Health Resources > Laundry Service: Laundry is picked up by the MCCoA staff and delivered back to the home. The MCCoA maintains washers and dryers to ensure eligible consumers have clean personal items.
Food > Congregate Dining: Participants receive a well-balanced, nutritious noon meal consisting of 1/3 of the Recommended Dietary Allowance. Served in the dining room at the Multipurpose Senior Center, the meal is designed to sustain and improve the participant’s health, and to promote socialization. A Salad Bar and Ala Carte items are also available. Call for details.
