Provides Adult Primary Care, ChIld Health, Women’s Health, Mental Health, Patient Education, Podiatry, Pharmacy Services and Dental Health Services. MVHC offers a sliding fee scale discount to all those that meet income qualifications. In most cases a nominal fee of $25.00 is accessed based on the Federal Poverty guidelines. Patients will need to provide proof of household income prior to discounts being honored. Discounts are available to all patients of MVHC if they qualify even if they have medical insurance.
