- Adult Protective Services: Our agency is required to investigate and evaluate all reports of suspected abuse, neglect and exploitation of adults age 60 and older. All reports are confidential.
- Medicaid Transportation: Transportation to and from doctor appointments is provided through the NET (Non-Emergency Transportation) program for Medicaid eligible older adults and disabled individuals. Please call a minimum of 3-5 days in advance.
- SNAP (Food Stamps): Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, provides nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget of needy families so they can purchase healthy food and move towards self-sufficiency.
