Memorial Health System believes nutrition plays an essential role in our overall health. This is why we are opening a new restaurant, The Changed Plate. The Changed Plate is about changing the way we think about our food and its benefits to our body. Our chef, dietitians and expert team have developed a menu that not only tastes good, but are also good for your body. With this new health initiative, we will be supporting fresh, local food sourcing and promoting sustainability all while providing a casual and contemporary approach to cooking and eating. The Changed Plate will offer breakfast and lunch to the public as well as host community education programs, cooking demonstrations and special events.
