District 18 – Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) Fiscal Year 2028 (Round 41) Application Deadline Extension

The Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP) and the Local Transportation Improvement Program (LTIP) application information and guidelines for Fiscal Year 2028 (Round 41) are now available for Athens, Belmont, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, and Washington counties.

Due to the recent flood impact across our region, the application deadline has been extended. Submit online applications through the portal by September 8, 2026. Hard-copy applications are now due to Buckeye Hills Regional Council by September 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
