Buckeye Hills Regional Council is a designated Ohio Regional Transportation Planning Organization (RTPO) for Athens, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Noble, Perry, and Washington counties in Southeast Ohio, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). The goal of this program is to expand transportation planning activities in Ohio, giving local parties greater input on projects and issues related to transportation in their respective regions.
