Overview
Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for environmental consulting services to support the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) Brownfield Remediation Program Grant for the former Sharon General Store at 15009 McConnelsville Road, Caldwell, Ohio.
Buckeye Hills Regional Council (BHRC), in partnership with the Noble County Board of Commissioners, is seeking qualified environmental consulting firms to provide assessment, remediation, and related services for the project. Services may include Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, remedial planning and design, remediation and demolition supervision, site revitalization and redevelopment support, and grant administration assistance.

Proposal Submission & Deadline
Responses must be submitted by email no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2026.

Questions regarding the RFQ or project may be directed to Kate Dunn by email or phone. Questions must be submitted at least four business days before the response deadline to allow time for any potential addenda to be issued.
Buckeye Hills Regional Council reserves the right to reject any response not prepared and submitted according to the provisions outlined in the RFQ and may reject any or all responses. BHRC also reserves the right to delay or discontinue the selection process at any time.
