Buckeye Hills Regional Council’s Advice Line is a free, confidential telephone and online chat service that can help older adults, as well as their families, friends, caregivers, and professionals. Our trained Information & Assistance team will give you information that is reliable and up-to-date.

Our Advice Line is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you need to reach us outside of these hours, you may call and leave a message, or reach out through our contact form, and one of our staff will reach out to you as soon as we’re able.
