District 18 – Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) Fiscal Year 2028 (Round 41) Small Government Training Session

Village and township officials, along with managers of publicly owned utilities, are invited to join Buckeye Hills Regional Council (BHRC) for a workshop designed to help applicants navigate the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) Fiscal Year 2028 Round 41 Small Government Program funding process. Participants may attend in person on July 14, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at the BHRC office located at 2585 Glendale Road, Marietta, Ohio, or join virtually. The workshop will provide an overview of program requirements, application procedures, and resources available to support successful project submissions.
This workshop will specifically cover the Small Government portion of OPWC. To apply for Small Government funding, applicants must submit an application for the regular SCIP/LTIP funding. Applications are due to BHRC on August 28, 2026, by 4:00 p.m.
