Emergency Community Water Assistance

Helps eligible communities prepare, or recover from, an emergency that threatens the availability of safe, reliable drinking water; Applicants must show that a major decline in quantity or quality of water occurred within 2 years of the date of application. Partnerships with other federal, state, local, private, and non-profit entities are encouraged. This opportunity is open year round.
