Denise Keyes

Fiscal Director

Denise Keyes has been with Buckeye Hills Regional Council since 1994. She was hired as a clinical assistant, where she processed paperwork for consumer assessments and maintained state Medicaid records before settling into the Fiscal Department. In 2006 Keyes became a Fiscal Manager before being promoted to Fiscal Director in 2014. Keyes oversees the development and administration of the council’s annual budget of $18+ million in federal, state, and local dollars, as well as the council’s four non-profit affiliates. Keyes holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Business from Washington Technical College and a Certificate of Completion in Accounting from Washington State Community College.
