Jamie Lewis has served as the IT Director at Buckeye Hills Regional Council since 1998. His professional experience includes data processing, sales, and web design to network infrastructure design, LAN administration for data/telephony, and security solutions implementation. As the IT Director, Jamie handles all research, integration, and maintenance of the council’s information technology infrastructure, as well as providing technical assistance and support for agency staff. In addition to being responsible for the agency’s information system and communications technology needs, he acts as the HIPAA Security Officer to help maintain compliance with HIPAA and HITECH standards. Jamie majored in Computer Science at West Virginia University at Parkersburg and holds several vendor-neutral IT certifications, as well as certifications from Novell and Microsoft.
