Zachary Manuel serves as a Meigs County Commissioner and represents the county on the Buckeye Hills Regional Council Executive Committee. In these roles, he works with local and regional partners to strengthen infrastructure, expand economic opportunity, and support initiatives that improve the quality of life for residents throughout southeastern Ohio. As a member of the Executive Committee, Manuel helps guide regional strategies that foster collaboration and long-term community development.
