Allen Fraley serves as a Noble County Commissioner and is Treasurer of the Buckeye Hills Regional Council Executive Committee. In his leadership roles, he works with local, state, and regional partners to strengthen infrastructure, support economic development, and improve the quality of life throughout southeastern Ohio. As Executive Committee Treasurer, Fraley helps provide financial oversight while advancing BHRC’s mission of regional collaboration and sustainable community growth.
