Description

  • Adult Protective Services: Investigates and evaluates all reports of suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation of adults age 60 and older. All reports are confidential.
  • Medicaid Transportation: Assists in arranging transportation to medical appointments for Medicaid recipients. Please call at least 5 business days in advance.
  • Transportation > Non-Emergency Transportation
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
  • Chore Services: Chore Services for adults 60 and older meeting criteria including income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level.
