Buckeye Hills Regional Council is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to provide services funded through the Older Americans Act Title III from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027. These services support adults aged 60 and older in the following Ohio counties: Athens, Hocking.

Interested respondents must submit their proposals through the online portal.

Scope of Services
Eligible Services may include:
- Nutrition Services – Home-delivered and congregate meals
- In-Home Services – Transportation, homemaker assistance, grocery delivery, etc.
- Legal Services
- Caregiver Support
- Evidence-Based Programs
Funding & Period of Performance
Successful applicants will be awarded funds for the 24-month period from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.
Older Americans Act Title III-B/Block Grant Supportive Service Program funding for Program Year 2026-27 is provided through the Ohio Department of Aging. Funding will be distributed to each county in the Buckeye Hills Regional Council Planning and Service Area (PSA) based on a formula using U.S. Census population data. Each county will receive funds proportionate to its allocation. Funding amounts are subject to change based on federal or state budget adjustments. Buckeye Hills Regional Council reserves the right to adjust allocations during the review process to ensure service needs are met across the region.
