Request for Proposal (RFP) for assistance with the implementation of the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program (BDSRP) Grant for asphalt paving and stormwater drainage improvements at the location of the recently demolished Murray City School Building at 14020 Locust Street, Murray City, Ohio, 43144.

Pre-Bid Meeting
A mandatory meeting will be held at the site on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be followed by a site walkthrough of the Property to allow the Contractors to ask questions.
Proposal Submission & Deadline
Sealed bid packages must be submitted by mail no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 14, 2026. The subject line should read: “Former Murray City School RFP.”
