Request for Proposal (RFP) for assistance with implementation of the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program (BDSRP) Grant for remediation, demolition, and site restoration, awarded to Buckeye Hills Regional Council for asbestos abatement, universal waste removal, and demolition services at the former Murray City School Building located at 14020 Locust Street, Murray City, Ohio 43144.

Pre-Bid Meeting
A non-mandatory meeting will be held at the site on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting will be followed by a site walkthrough of the property to allow for questions by the contractors.
Proposal Submission & Deadline
RFP responses must be submitted by email no later than Friday, August 29, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. The subject line should read “Former Murray City School RFP”. Email submissions to Donald Pinto at DPinto@tandmassociates.com.
