Overview
Buckeye Hills Regional Council, through T&M Associates, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to perform asbestos abatement activities at St. Michael Church’s Old House, located at 44924 Carlise Road, Caldwell, Ohio 43724.
Buckeye Hills Regional Council was awarded an Ohio Department of Development Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program (BDSRP) Grant to abate asbestos-containing materials at the property. T&M Associates was selected by Buckeye Hills to implement the grant and is issuing this Request for Proposals to select a contractor to complete the required asbestos abatement work.
The selected contractor will be responsible for abating the asbestos-containing materials identified in the project’s asbestos survey, securing required permits, complying with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and providing required documentation upon completion of the work.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk-through will be held Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the project site.
Proposal Submission & Deadline
Proposals are due Friday, October 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

Proposal packages must include a completed bid sheet, proposed project schedule, references for at least three similar projects completed within the past two years, company background information, and applicable licenses or registration certificates.
Prevailing wage is required for this project. The selected contractor will also be required to execute T&M Associates’ Subcontractor Agreement for Professional Services and meet the specified insurance requirements.
