Overview
Buckeye Hills Regional Council, through T&M Associates, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for demolition and site restoration activities at the Former Wintersong Village Retirement Home in Laurelville, Ohio.
The project includes demolition and complete removal of the existing structure; removal of associated debris and outdoor patio areas; designated tree and vegetation removal; disposal of construction and demolition debris; backfilling and compaction; grading; and site restoration. The project is being completed through the Ohio Department of Development Brownfield Remediation Program.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walkthrough will be held on October 1, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the project site.

Proposals are due Wednesday, October 7, 2026, by 4:00 p.m.
