District 18 – Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) Fiscal Year 2023 (Round 36) Application Information Now Available

The OPWC State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP) and the Local Transportation Improvement Program (LTIP) application information and guidelines are now available for Athens, Belmont, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry and Washington counties.

Eligible projects include:

  • Roads/Guardrails
  • Bridge/Culverts
  • Water Supply Systems
  • Waste Water Systems
  • Solid Waste Facilities
  • Storm Water Systems

Who may apply:

  • Counties
  • Cities
  • Villages
  • Townships
  • Sanitary Districts*
  • Water & Sewer Districts*

*Sanitary and Water/Sewer Districts must be a public entity not a private company (61-19 ORC)

Application are due to Buckeye Hills Regional Council by August 31, 2021 by 4:00 p.m.
